Billing shows your current plan, usage, and payment information. Upgrade plans, purchase credits, and view invoices.

Document Credits

Credits let you generate documents beyond your plan limits:

Purchasing Credits

  1. Go to Document Credits
  2. Select a credit package
  3. Complete payment
  4. Credits added immediately

Using Credits

  • Credits are used automatically when plan quota is exceeded
  • Check balance in the dashboard widget
  • Credits never expire

Usage Tracking

Monitor your consumption:

  • Current Period - Usage in billing cycle
  • Documents Generated - Count by format
  • Remaining - Documents left in plan

Payment Methods

Adding a Card

  1. Click Add Payment Method
  2. Enter card details
  3. Card is saved for future use

Managing Cards

  • Set default payment method
  • Remove unused cards
  • Update expiring cards

Invoices

Access billing history:

  • View all invoices
  • Download PDF invoices
  • Filter by date range
  • Check payment status

Subscription Management

Upgrade

  1. Click Upgrade Plan
  2. Select new plan
  3. Confirm and pay
  4. New limits apply immediately

Downgrade

  1. Click Change Plan
  2. Select lower plan
  3. Change takes effect at next billing cycle

Cancel

  1. Click Cancel Subscription
  2. Provide feedback (optional)
  3. Access continues until period ends
