Overview
Settings let you customize your RenderDoc experience, manage security, and configure integrations.
Account Settings
Profile
- Name - Your display name
- Email - Account email (used for login)
- Avatar - Profile picture
Password
- Change your password
- Requires current password verification
- Must meet security requirements
Two-Factor Authentication
Enable 2FA for additional security:
- Click Enable 2FA
- Scan QR code with authenticator app
- Enter verification code
- Save backup codes securely
Company Settings
Configure your company information:
- Company Name - Displayed in documents
- Legal Name - For invoices
- Address - Business address
- Tax ID - GST/VAT number
- Logo - Company logo for documents
Connected Accounts
Link external services:
- Google - Sign in with Google
- GitHub - Sign in with GitHub
- Microsoft - Sign in with Microsoft
Connecting
- Click Connect next to the service
- Authorize in the popup
- Account is linked
Disconnecting
- Click Disconnect
- Confirm disconnection
- Can reconnect anytime
Notification Preferences
Control what notifications you receive:
- Email Notifications - Document generation alerts
- Weekly Digest - Usage summary emails
- Marketing - Product updates and tips
Data & Privacy
- Export Data - Download all your data
- Delete Account - Permanently remove your account
Tips
- Enable 2FA for better security
- Keep company info updated for accurate documents
- Review connected accounts periodically
